Wilderness experiences are internationally recognised as valuable tools for youth development. Outdoor learning is further recognised for its benefits to youth, their grasp of various subject matters and their learning capabilities.

Many schools are making a conscious move – or return – towards outdoor education, citing the importance of getting away from technology, reconnecting to the natural world and curating youth that are conscious of the challenges our planet faces, as well as culturally and socially conscious.

Our courses are designed and led by qualified educators. By tailoring wilderness experiences to be academically linked incorporating aspects of natural sciences, geography and life orientation. We offer unique opportunities for learners, educators and parents to get so much more than a change of scenery from a Pathfinders excursion.
